Important information regarding Coronavirus:

Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a respiratory disease with symptoms very similar to the flu or the common cold. COVID-19 is believed to spread mainly from person to person through respiratory droplets when a person with COVID-19 coughs or sneezes. It may also be possible for COVID-19 to be spread through touching infected objects or surfaces. Common symptoms may include fever, cough, and/or shortness of breath. Community Primary Care is committed to serving our patients during this difficult time. To do so, we are screening patients daily for any signs or symptoms of this virus. If you are feeling ill, you may be seen in the 49 building at our Hopewell Junction location. Please be aware, if you or a close contact have been out of the country or you have been in contact with a known Coronavirus patient, you will be asked to stay home and self quarantine for 14 days. Community Primary Care is now offering televisits to patients who cannot or do not want to come to the office. The patient must be web-enabled and set up for the patient portal in order to do the televisit. You may access the patient portal using this link
