Community Primary Care is committed and ready to care for you during this difficult time. As we enter the winter season, the cases of Covid-19 are on the rise. Our medical providers and staff are here for you for all your medical needs.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, our offices have implemented new policies to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff. The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to the virus by taking proper precautions such as wearing a mask, social distancing, and hand washing.
In order to be tested for Covid-19, a virtual visit is required with a medical provider. The provider will order the appropriate test(s) for you based on your symptoms and/or needs and instruct you on how to proceed to testing location.
If you are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or think you may have been exposed to the virus, please contact us by TEXTING or calling us at (845)226-4590.
If you believe you may have been exposed to the virus, please isolate from others. For more information on what to do if
